All this, with off-site fabrication and direct assembly on site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A new concept of sustainable building, which has saved 6 months of time thanks to the industrialized system of CREE Buildings, of which ACR is a partner in Spain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is a hybrid wood system with very high sustainability standards, which has led to an 87% reduction in CO2 emissions generated by the building&#8217;s structural elements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\r\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"ACR Timelapase evoluci\u00f3n proyecto industrializado h\u00edbrido de madera\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ODmFOQjw568?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\r\n<\/div><\/figure>\r\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Madrid, December 18, 2024 &#8211; The Spanish construction company ACR has completed in only 77 days the assembly of the industrialized structure of the hybrid building it is developing for the Joint Venture of Dazia Capital and AERMONT Capital, specialized in the Flexible Living sector.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result of a collaborative process, the building has been designed by the architectural firm Ortiz y Le\u00f3n with the participation of Ingenier\u00eda Valladares and will be the largest industrialized building ever built in Spain, with seven floors and 19,600 m2 of floor space above ground level.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to the use of CREE Buildings&#8217; industrialized hybrid wood system, of which ACR is the exclusive partner in Spain, it has been possible to save about six months in the overall approach to the work compared to a traditional construction project. With the reduction in execution times, the impact on the surrounding environment is also reduced, as well as the commissioning of the building.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-normal-font-size\">Industrialized and sustainable construction<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The wood-concrete hybrid system has among its advantages very high sustainability standards, which is reflected in the BREEAM Excellent certification that the building will obtain and in the reduction of the carbon footprint by around 40% compared to traditional construction. In this particular project, the CO2 emissions generated by the building&#8217;s structural elements have been reduced by 87%.&#13;\nAccording to data from CREE Buildings, this hybrid system means that the consumption of materials is much more efficient and also allows the adoption of a circular economy strategy, where 50% of the materials can be reused at the end of the building&#8217;s life cycle.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It also makes it possible to reduce waste by 70% and noise pollution by more than 50%.
