At every Last Planner System meeting we assess how the site is doing and, in our spirit of continuous improvement, we always go back to square one: sort.

Adapting our workspaces not only speeds up processes, but also enhances the safety of our construction sites.

Use patterns that allow us to identify where everything should go. It helps to avoid the mess and dirt that we overcame in the previous phases.

Identify what is useful and what is not useful in our work environment, in order to eliminate what is not useful.

Once we get rid of what is no longer useful, we look for a place to put those items that are necessary: tools, materials, etc. This way we can find them quickly when we need to use them.
