ACR completes in 77 days the structure of the largest hybrid industrialized building in Spain
The structure is assembled, including the façade with glass, frames, shutters, locks and balconies, which for the first time are inserted in an industrialized system. All this, with off-site fabrication and direct assembly on site.
ACR completes construction of Spain’s first industrialized senior cohousing for Jubilar Villa Rosita
The Jubilar Villa Rosita cooperative, MMN Arquitectos, Morar Arquitectura, the IPD manager Zerocity and the construction company ACR have developed the project with one of the first IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) signed in Spain.
The work was completed in a record 14 months compared to the 18 months that would have been required for traditional construction
